You can contact us without any obligation by sending us an email or calling us. Our fares depend on the amount of hours for which the service is hired, depending on whether its workday or holiday, or if the visit is on daytime or nighttime.

2. Which tour can I choose and which one is recommended for our group?

If you are visiting the city for the first time and need a daytime visit, the general tour is recommended. A panoramic tour is available if you have your own bus, and includes visits to the interior of the cathedral, synagogue and to Entierro del Señor de Orgaz. Should you want to complement this itinerary with other visits, you can contact us and we will advise you.

3. Can I only choose among itineraries or tours that appear in the website?

Of course not. If you have any inquiry regarding places to visit or time management, our advisors will stay in touch with you and will assist you in all the necessary steps to prepare a personalized itinerary. We are open to suggestions and contributions from you.

4. How many people can there be in a group?

There is no minimum of people. One would suffice. If there are many people we advise dividing the group once the activity or tour is outlined. We will assess you on that. Sometimes certain criteria must to be considered, like languages for example. The use of earphones is recommended so to facilitate the guide’s work and improve the overall experience.

5. How much in advance does the reservation have to be made?

There is no time limit, although enough time is needed to make the pertinent reservations for museums, areas, etc. The need for transportation has to be considered too. All in all, it is recommended to make the reservation as soon as possible.

6. How will I find the guide?

There will be a meeting location that will be provided to you in advance. Usually, the guides of TODOPAISAJES meet the group at the hotel or area where the group is located. Also, we will send you the guide’s name and contact number in advance.

7. What is the payment method?

Once the service is hired, we will contact you to inform you about the payment methods available (wire transfer, etc.) and ask you for the details, after which we will send you the corresponding invoice.

8. What happens in case of cancellation?

If the service is cancelled with less than 24 hours of margin, the services hired will be fully charged.
